How long does an appointment typically last?
Initial consultations usually last 45-60 minutes, giving us ample time to understand your needs and explore options. Follow-up fittings are typically 20-30 minutes.
Is there a fee for appointments?
No, consultations and fittings are complimentary. We believe great service should be accessible to every gentleman who walks through our doors.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! However, if you have inspiration photos, a specific event in mind, or existing garments you'd like to match, feel free to bring them along.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. Many of our clients bring a spouse, partner, or trusted friend for a second opinion. We welcome them warmly.
What's the lead time for custom orders?
Bespoke suits typically require 8-12 weeks. Made-to-measure garments are ready in 4-6 weeks. Alterations on ready-to-wear pieces usually take 1-2 weeks.
